INTERIOR REGULATIONS

Hello and Welcome!

We are very happy that you have chosen our cottage whose rules we would like to let you know.

Compliance with these rules is essential.

They have been established so that each tenant can stay with us safely and, above all, enjoying and having fun.

Failure to comply with any of these rules constitutes a violation of the conditions of occupancy, in accordance with the rental agreement you have signed.

If something is not clear, do not hesitate to ask us for an explanation.

In case of accidental damage, this can happen, it is essential to inform us before your departure.

Please do not flush anything down the toilet.

SMOKERS:

The interior of our cottage is a non-smoking area. Thank you to smokers outside not to throw cigarette butts on the ground, but to kindly use the ashtrays provided for this purpose.

CHILDREN:

Guests are fully responsible for the safety of their children, as well as any disturbance and noise nuisance caused to other residents. Parents should not leave their children unattended. Injuries sustained by guests within the grounds of the cottages (buildings, surroundings, swimming pool, fields) are not covered by our insurance.

PERSONAL EFFECTS:

We are not responsible for the loss of your personal belongings. If you misplace or forget an item with us, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can search for it when changing tenants and cleaning.

VISITORS:

Even if we want you to make the most of your holiday, we must, for safety reasons, set certain restrictions on the number of visitors. Also, we need to know the names and contact information of each member of your group. Guests are allowed to receive a maximum of 4 people during their stay, while ensuring that these visitors comply with these House Rules.

MAINTENANCE:

Please treat your space with all the respect you would have for yours to keep it in good condition for other guests.

IN THE COURTYARD, THERE ARE CONTAINERS DEDICATED TO THE SEPARATION AND RECYCLING OF DIFFERENT WASTES, AS WELL AS THE ORDINARY BIN FOR NON-RECYCLABLE PRODUCTS.

ANIMALS:

Pets are not allowed.

SWIMMING POOL:

Restrictions:

• Pool availability hours from 10am to 9pm

• supervision of children under your full and absolute responsibility

• Strictly forbidden dives

• Dogs prohibited PARKING: Please park cars in the car park just to the left of the gate. BEFORE YOU GO: Before you leave, could you make sure that you have:

• Emptied the refrigerator and cupboards

• Runs the dishwasher or does the dishes

• Out the garbage

• Cleaned the BBQ

• Cleaned a minimum of the toilet
